Были в Будве в августе. Объездили всю Черногорию (большую ее часть), в основном экскурсиями. Фотографий - море, впечатлений, причем самых замечательных - больше, чем ожидалось! Совет - обязательно съездить и увидеть все своими глазами! Котор, Ловчен, Острог, Святой Стефан - аж дух захватывает! Каньоны - довольно утомительно, хотя и познавательно (4,5 часа в одну сторону, и это только езда в автобусе, + остановки) Но еще более важный совет - НЕ ЕДЬТЕ С КОЛОР-ЛЭНД!!! Девушка Наталья сняла свои комиссионные, и ей все по барабану! Во-первых, нас не предупредили об изменении времени отъезда, о ситуации с посольством, о повышении стоимости визы (я сама набрала на всякий случай - только тогда узнала!). Нам говорили, что паспорта будут сделаны max за 3 недели (мы отдали за месяц), и только когда я по 2 раза каждый день названивала узнать об их готовности, эта девушка соизволила пошевелиться и разузнать порядок оформления этих паспортов! Оказывается, их надо было за 3 недели и отдавать, они же просто пролежали все время в Москве, как только не потерялись!!! (Вся паника из-за того, что паспорта нам очень были нужны до отъезда, а нам сказали, что, вполне вероятно, получим их в 12 ночи прямо в автобусе!) Та же ситуация была и с ваучером. Как я ни выбивала получить его раньше, нам их вручили прямо в автобусе, с ДРУГОЙ ВИЛЛОЙ!!! Она оказалась высшей категории, но БЕЗ КУХНИ, а это было даже написано в договоре!!! Итак, дорога и 1-й день - на нервах, с голословными замечаниями "идите посмотрите вашу планируемую виллу, и убедитесь, что новая в 100 раз лучше" Какое 100 раз, когда основное условие - кухня, тем более от этой новой виллы по этой же причине мы отказались, когда подписывали договор!!! Хорошо, что был подключен роуминг, и представитель приним. стороны пришла довольно быстро. Нам дали довольно смешную сумму компенсации(на двоих), чтобы мы написали ,что претензий не имеем. Просто нам нужно было выбрать - или дикая нервотрепка с доказательствами своей правоты (и в Будве, и потом в Минске) или все же ОТДЫХ. Поэтому юридически они отмахались, НО ЗАРАБАТЫВАТЬ НА ТАКОМ СВЯТОМ, КАК ОТДЫХ (выкроить 2 недели отпуска в нужное время не так легко!)- ПУСТЬ ЭТО БУДЕТ НА ИХ СОВЕСТИ. Самое"смешное" в том, что в 5 вечера (конец рабочего дня, за 7 часов до отъезда) - меня клятвенно заверили, что у нас ничего не изменилось!!! Так что требуйте все документы заранее! В общем отзыв получился далеко не в радужных тонах, просто очень хотелось поделиться опытом. Обязательно езжайте в Черногорию, но не с этой фирмой! Пусть они в конце концов поймут свою ответственность и то, что довольный турист расскажет о своем отдыхе 5-ти людям, а недовольный - 10-ти!!! Может, тогда мы сможем получать ДОСТОЙНЫЙ ПЛАНИРУЕМЫЙ ОТДЫХ!!!
