Отдыхала в туре под названием «Отдых в Испании» с 9 по 29 сентября от фирмы Инкомар-тур. Впрочем, действительно отдохнуть удалось вопреки усилиям фирмы в лице гида этот отдых испортить. «Приколы» начались еще до путешествия, когда информация с указанием места встречи, координатами гида и пр. была мне предоставлена буквально за несколько часов до выезда, и то благодаря стараниям агента фирмы-посредника («Экспромт» в Николаеве). Ну ладно, на это я, в принципе, особого внимания не обратила, бывают же случайности. Если бы! Это не случайность, это обычный стиль работы фирмы. Конечно, впечатления от стран, по которым проходил маршрут, остались потрясающими (мягко говоря): все эти красоты, сотворенные природой или человеческими руками, описать невозможно, нужно просто увидеть.
Идем (вернее, едем) дальше. По приезде в Чоп группу пересадили в Икарус, чтоб на нем пересечь границу. Ничего более грязного, раздолбанного и вонючего мы в своей жизни еще не видели. Ладно, если б только ехать до Нирьегази, это недолго, но поскольку пришлось еще постоять на двух границах, то есть провести часа 2,5 в самой настоящей газовой камере, можете себе представить первые впечатления. Но даже это не поколебало сомнения в качество последующего сервиса: все-таки солидная фирма, многие из группы уже в 4-5-6 раз пользуются ее услугами. Пересели в нормальный на вид автобус, Мерседес. Внешность оказалась обманчива - спинки откидывались ровно на 5 см, что с учетом предстоящих двух ночных переездов маловато.
Гидом тура был Завирюха Михаил Назарович - запомните это имя, потому что следующие пункты связаны именно с ним. Итак:
1. Музыкальное и теле-сопровождение. Единственный диск заунывного итальянского и французского шансона времен юности наших родителей. На пятом круге публика стала подвывать вместе с певцами и потребовала прекращения истязания ушей, после чего музыка благополучно скончалась. Слава богу. Посмотрим телевизор. Выкопанная явно из какой-то свалки кассета с комедией с Луи де Фюнесом («Мы на пути во Францию, поэтому смотрим французские фильмы», - сказал гид) мучила нас не более получаса, то есть на этот раз нервы оказались послабее. Вторым и последним фильмом была первая и единственная серия из сериала о жизни Наполеона. Все, кина больше не будет..
2. Паспорта. Часть группы осталась отдыхать на побережье Испании в Пинеде, другая поехала дальше. Несмотря на обещание снять копии с паспортов и раздать их остающимся на отдых, поскольку сами паспорта оставались у гида, сделано это не было. Как сказал гид: «Паспорта вам не понадобятся» (!!???). Так что ни оформить толком Tax-free, ни взять напрокат машину, ни воспользоваться страховкой, ни остановиться в отеле в случае опоздания на электричку (многие предпочитали путешествовать самостоятельно, чтоб не переплачивать за экскурсии) было невозможно.
3. Организация. Отдельного описания заслуживает следующая история. Отставший от группы человек (автобус уехал, не дождавшись) обратился в центр социальной помощи, с помощью которого он добрался до гостиницы на такси, при этом ему сказали за такси не платить - все оплачивает центр. Нет, наш гид все-таки уплатил таксисту 60 евро, взяв с него квитанцию на сумму 80 евро и взыскав ее с опоздавшего (как несложно понять, разница была поделена). После чего было объявлено, что больше никто никого ждать не собирается, а опоздавшие могут обращаться куда угодно и добираться своим ходом. Хоть пешком, если через границу без паспорта пустят. Для оставшихся в Пинеде был оставлен телефон некой Тамары, которая, как потом оказалось, о нас ничего не знает и знать не хочет. По крайней мере, ее пришлось долго и нудно вызванивать и ответ по телефону звучал примерно так: «А вы, собственно, кто? А-а-а. Ну тогда я завтра вечером, если получится, постараюсь заехать».
4. Экскурсии. Обираловка еще та. Пример: за музей в Вене содрали по 20 евро с носа при стоимости билета 6 евро и 3 (или около того) для пенсионеров (а их в группе было немало). Остальные экскурсии были настолько никакими, что никто даже не помнит, за что были выложены в общей сумме около 200 евро (здесь пишу с чужих слов, сама не участвовала). От гида за всю дорогу слышали раза два что-то вроде «Вот за этим поворотом, который мы только что проехали, была Генуя» и какие-то одному ему интересные малозначительные факты из истории стран, повторяемые раз по пять на все лады. О пешеходных экскурсиях с нашим так называемым гидом я уже молчу, лучше бы их не было, бесполезная потеря времени и сил.
5. Гостиницы. Хорошо, что к комфорту я особых требований не имею, но в некоторых отелях в качестве трехместного номера предлагался фактически двухместный с детским диванчиком или чем-то вроде раскладушки для третьего человека.
6. Разные мелочи: оставленные водителями на улице без присмотра сумки пассажиров, побежавших устраиваться в гостиницу («а нам нужно на стоянку»), отсутствие кипятка (!) на обратной дороге из-за нежелания покупать у водителей кофе и несъедобные сосиски по бешеной цене (объяснение гида: «Им пришлось выбросить все сосиски, они так обиделись на вас»), экономия пакетов для мусора, постоянные скандалы при расселении и полное самоустранение гида от решения проблем, долгие поиски отелей. Один случай: после получасового кружения по городу до водителей и гида только на третьем круге дошло, что означал крик пассажиров «Да вот же она!!», звучавший каждый раз при проезде мимо нужной гостиницы.
Но уже всех доконало следующее: на прогулку по красивейшей Вероне с большим скрипом было выделено 2 часа вместо указанных в программе 4-х. После бесцельной беготни без хоть какой-то карты («В Вероне невозможно заблудиться») и заблаговременного сбора возле автобуса (вдруг уедет) в Будапешт после ночного переезда мы приехали в 9:30. Оказалось, что поселение не раньше 10 часов. Ладно, подождем возле отеля. По приезде в отель оказалось, что поселение вообще-то будет в 13-13:30. И это после 3-4 звонков нашего гида для уточнения времени. На все уговоры отвезти нас в город, чтоб не слоняться 3 часа возле отеля, который был за окраиной Будапешта, гид стойко отвечал «Автобус никуда не поедет». Во время устроенного получасового скандала даже собирались подавать коллективную жалобу на фирму, жаль, получилось как всегда, пошумели и успокоились.
К счастью, этот тур был для Завирюхи последним (как он сам сказал), так что всем последующим поколениям туристов повезло. Но все равно, вдруг эта сволочь снова решит взяться за старое и подзаработать, имейте в виду.
Из того, что понравилось помимо увиденных стран, отмечу полный пансион в отеле в Пинеде (Montemar), которым полностью воспользоваться все равно не пришлось, потому что на экскурсии уезжали рано утром и возвращались вечером, и санитарные остановки каждые 2-2,5 часа (только почему-то зачастую на платных туалетах).
А руководству Инкомар-тура не мешало бы внима-а-а-а-тельно посмотреть на людей, которые работаю гидами - именно они являются лицом фирмы. Вернее, портят его.

Прочитал отзыв туристки об отдыхе в Испании с Инкомартуром.Я в шоке! Я с этой компанией лет пять езжу.
Этого одиозного Назаровича не знаю, но от других гидов пребывал в полном удовлетворении. Естественно, всего знать нельзя, и когда какая-то старушка за спиной у гида день и ночь гнусавит: А это что? - самому хочется заклеить ей рот пластырем. Одним словом, гиды у них вполне приличные, сами говорите, многие по пятому-шестому разу едут. Если бы было плохо, давно бы турфирму поменяли. Ну наверное с этим чего-то недосмотрели.
А вот по другим вопрсам, ежели не возражаете. рискну побыть ихним, то бишь ИНКОМАРТУРовским адвокатом. Вы наверное, в первый раз ехали. и о многих нюансах Вас не предупредили. а если бы предупредили, то Вы бы спокойнее на это реагировали.
Во-первых, про билеты. И про цены. Я сам ходил в Вене в сокровищницу. кстати, там чудный гид. до сих пор помню, Катей зовут, такая приятная девушка-москвичка. Билет правда стоит что-то 6-7 евро. Но это если сами идете. А вас там 2 часа водят, как Вы думаете - бесплатно? Много за границей 6есплатного видели? Да и у нас тоже? Мне например за эту экскурсию 20 евро своих, кровных совсем не жалко было отдать. Так что не могу сказать. что их цены зашкаливают. В МУЛЕН РУЖ ходил в Париже, что-то около 90 евро, так там эта же цена на афише висит. А нас привели -отвели, за очень хорошие места посадили. В Испании за 20 евро в Барселону возили из Лорет-де-Мар, где мы жили. На рецепции в отеле сам видел цену испанской фирмы - 38 евро.То же самое. Тем более - никто не неволит.
Про паспорта. Нас сразу предупредили, что документы на руки выдаваться не будут. Побурчали конечно. Но знали, на что шли. если бы наш народ дружно за бугор толпами не валил с дешевых туров, то и паспорта никто бы не удерживал. Думаю ИНКОМАРТУРУ наши паспорта без надобности. Разве что гид по ночам на наши рожи сидит-любуется :))))
Что касается вечно опаздывающих туристов. то это отдельная тема. Помню, наш гид вечно дергался и за сигареты хватался, когда кто-то опаздывал. Программа ведь рассчитывается, тур интенсивный. Потеряли час - значит, куда-то не попали. Потом те же "сердобольные" туристы кровь пить будут - компенсируйте, мол. Порядок есть порядок. Почему я должен париться в автобусе за свои деньги, если у кого-то топографический кретинизм?.
Группа есть группа. хочешь с ветерком сам гулять. на часы не глядя - езжай в индивидуальный тур.
Одним словом, с ИНКОМАРТУРОМ у меня связаны только приятные воспоминания. Понятно, тоже бывали накладки. и отель однажды час по ночи искали где то в немецких лесах. Но все это совершенно не сопоставимо с тем, что мы видели. Желаю же вам и всем остальным приятных и интересных поездок! |
